Trouble at the BBH Car Park!!

Nearby neighbours have been complaining at the noise of screeching tyres and over-revved engines in the Commuter Car Park late into the night. This anti-social behaviour is spreading across the Borough and the police are taking the matter very seriously.
On a recent night, 3 cars were observed by the CCTV operators (all registration numbers captured). Two BMW's and one Nissan Skyline driving recklessly - handbrake turns, drifting and doughnuts. 10 cars parked with occupants watching the spectacle. The operators informed the Police at 2214 and within 20 minutes the police were on the scene. By then one of the BMW's had left the car park but the drivers of the remaining BMW and the Skyline were charged with dangerous driving. All carefully watched and recorded by the operators. Your local Borough Councillors are monitoring the situation!
