Appeal Decisions

Land east of Common Road Water Tower Blue Bell Hill Aylesford ME20 7EZ - Mr Andrew Cook, owner of this parcel of land, appealed against the enforcement notices issued by Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council in respect of: -
a) unathorised erection of a fence and gates and the creation of a hardsurface.
b) the change in the use of the site for stationing and storage of metal containers, mobile homes, a snack bar vehicle and other items following the refusal of planning permission.
The inspectorate dismissed both appeals and both enforcement notices were upheld.
