Planning Matters


No Planning Applications to report this week however the following appeal has been made: -

SITE AT: LAND EAST OF COMMON ROAD WATER TOWER, BLUE BELL HILL, AYLESFORD
PLANNING INSPECTORATE'S REF: APP/H2265/C/08/2068543
APPELLANT: ANDREW COOK
An appeal has been made to the Planning Inspectorate by Mr Cook against an enforcement notice issued by the Council alleging a breach of planning control on the above-mentioned land, namely without planning permission the unauthorised erection of a fence and gates and the creation of a hardsurface.
The appeal will be dealt with by the submission of written representations and a site inspection by the appointed Inspector. If you wish to make written comments on the appeal you must submit three copies to the Planning Inspectorate, 3/26a, Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Temple Quay, Bristol, BS1 6PN, to arrive by 18 April 2008. Please ensure that you quote their reference as shown above.
