APPELLANT: ANDREW COOK
An appeal has been made to the Planning Inspectorate by Mr Cook against an enforcement notice issued by the Council alleging a breach of planning control on the above-mentioned land, namely without planning permission the unauthorised erection of a fence and gates and the creation of a hardsurface.

The appeal will be dealt with by the submission of written representations and a site inspection by the appointed Inspector.
