Planning Enforcement Issue!

There are no planning applications to report this week but we do have an enforcement issue!

A mobile home has mysteriously appeared at the entrance to the site of the old nursery in Robin Hood Lane (Upper). There is no planning application for any part of the site and the T & M Borough Council Enforcement Team are therefore investigating the matter.

TMBC are tracking down owner of land. In the meantime Kent Highway Services have confirmed that they will investigate the possible obstruction of the footway by the overhanging towbar.
